As a Christian, there are times when you feel like you have prayed so much, asked nicely, then vehemently, yet, nothing seems to be happening. Answers seem to be faraway. Even if you are not a believer; there are times when we think deeply about some ideas, do some serious research and we still do not find the satisfaction either in the answers we get or the deafening silence that meets our raised hopes and expectations.
I want to talk,
Quiet your wandering mind.
Please listen,
I want to give directions.
I want to lead,
Focus your wandering eye.
Please follow,
I want to give directions.
I want to protect,
Calm your fearful heart.
Please allow,
I want to give directions.
God just wants to talk to us. I heard this quote ' God seems so far away... Guess who moved?' Yes, we moved. Yes, we allowed ourselves to be swayed by the world. Well, he understands and he just wants you back home already.
